Outside a garden of approx 500 m2 gives plenty of space to enjoy the attractive garden without being too large to maintain. There is also a lovely patio with a covered seating area and built in brick BBQ. There are various outside lights. At the front of the Villa there is a private secure parking area behind a double gate. There is further parking available outside on the road.
